MINISTER'S MOVEMENTS.
After a busy day dealing with depart - loental affair* and receiving callers. the Minister of Hcaltli and Ivluca tiou, the Hon. P. Fraser, will address the Wt. Andrew's Noeictv at New Lynn to night in connection with the one hundred and eightieth anniversary of the birth of the Scottish national poet Kolicrt Burns, which falls next Wednesday.
A" Afinister of Mirine. Mr. Fraser will on Monday afternoon attend a conference in the Town Hall to discttas the Okahu Hav boat, harbour scheme. He will leave for Welligton in tile evening by the Limited express.
