With only a slight breeze to contend with, better conditions prevailed for the third day of the New Zealand junior tennis championships. The bovs' singles was reduced to the final, which will be played to-morrow, by A. Bums, Auckland, and N. McKenzle, Wellington. The quarter-finals and on** semi-final were played in the girls" cnamplonships, the semi-finalist winner being the Canterbury girl Miss D. Elsom. In the other girls' seml-flnal Miss B. Potter.
