SCHOOL PICNIC.

GREY LYNN CHILDREN.

Over SOO children and parents were present at an enjoyable picnic held at Motuihi on Monday. The function was the annual outing of the Grev Lynn School, and the arrangements for the day were capably carried, out bji the school committee organised by the chairman, Mr. Trent. Assisting Mr. Trent were the headmaster, Mr. Turbit, and the members of the school staff.

During the day games and competitions were organised and free ice cream and soft drinks were supplied to the children.
