Self-Sufficiency Plan. BRITISH EXPERT'S VIEW. United Press Association.—Copyright. (Received 1 p.m.) WINNIPEG, November 28. The breakdown would first lead the world to revolution and then to war. Every nation must reverse tariff policies in favour of freer trade if disaster is to be averted.
