CULTURAL PACT.
GERMANY AND ITALY SIGN. LONDON', November 24. The Rome correspondent of "The Times" reports that the cultural agreement between Italy and Germany, which has been signed, provides for the creation by Italy and Germany of institutes for the study of each other's culture and history in Rome, Milan, Berlin and Munich, and also for the teaching of Italian in German universities and schools, and vice versa.
Provision is made for the exchange of teachers, pupils, films, music, books and material for exhibitions
