BULLET WOUND.
GIRL DIES IN HOSPITAL TRAGEDY ON FARM. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TAUMARUNUI, this day. On a farm at Te Whakarae, near raunianinui, last evening, a 16-year-old girl. Maisie Rogers, was found near tho house with a bullet wound in her head and a pea rifle beside her. She died later in hospital. The pirl was the adopted daughter of Mr. Howard John Rogers, who, with his wife, was milking when the oecurred. An inquest was opened "and adjourned.
