GERMANY'S FINAL TERMS

(United Association.—Copyright.—Kec. 3 p.m.) LONDON, this day. Mr. Chamberlain, on entering his hotel at Godesberg, said: "You can't call this a complete breakdown." The official German news agency in Berlin said: "The friendly conversations between the Fuehrer and Mr. Chamberlain ended with the presentation of a German memorandum of our final attitude to the situation in Sudeten German territory. Mr. Chamberlain undertook to transmit this to the Czechs. The Fuehrer expressed personal and national gratitude for Mr. Chamberlain's efforts for peace. Mr. Chamberlain is leaving for London on Saturday morning." Czech Mobilisation " Welcomed." The Prague radio station announced that the mobilisation of Czechoslovakia was not only approved but welcomed by Britain and France. The mobilisation broadcast announced the calling up, first the active reserve of officers and N.C.O.'s under 40 years of age; secondly, various classes of reservists, even if over 40; thirdly, all permanently on furlough. Mobilised men must carry two days' food and personal equipment. All are granted free travel.
