MISSING FROM HOTEL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. A bag containing cash and cheques amounting to a proximately £200, conveyed on Wednesday night from the Paramount and Roxy Theatres, Wellington, to the Hotel St. George for sufe deposit, was discovered this morn in jr to be miseing from the hotel office. The money represented the day's takings from the two theatres, together with cheques in payment of salaries and rent. Payment of the miseing cheques, which amounted to about £150. wae stopped as soon as the loss of the money wae discovered this morning.
