Unusually heavy passenger traffic on trains for the south continued to-day. Three extra second-claas cars were .attached to the Limited express for Wellington, and early this afternoon the train was almost completely booked. The early express carried the normal number of cars, but every available scat was booked soon after noon. There will be no extra express this evening. Expresses from Wellington to Auckland this morning also earned full coin • plements of passengers.
