PAYMENT OF LEVY.
POLICY HOLDERS' MEETINGS. ' INSURANCE COMPANY TO HELP. An announcement has been made' by the Public Mutual Insurance Company of New Zealand that meetings of policy holders are not only welcomed but those concerned will be given every assistance in obtaining relevant information. Some of-the directors, the company's solicitor and the acting general manager are prepared to attend the meeting of policy holders to be held at the Auckland Chamber of Commerce on September 15, and thcjr will be prepared to answer any questions bearing oh the matter at issue. If that course is not desired, it has been' suggested that the conveners of the meeting, or of meetings elsewhere, should draw up a series of questions for answer by the company's representatives. It is considered that those in posaession of the facts of the company's operation* could, by tendering information, help policy holders in their deliberations, and it is recognised tlmt policy holders, who are called upon to pay a levy, are entitled/ to such information. j
