PLAN OF ACTION.
PUBLIC MUTUAL COMPANY.
POLICY HOLDERS TO MEET.
Policy holders in the Public Mutual Insurance Company of New Zealand have made plans to meet on Thursday, September 15, in the Chamber of Commerce to formulate a plan of Action at the extraordinary general meeting of the company, which is to be held on September 23.
It is stated that dissatisfaction with the company's proposals for liquidation has prompted policy holders to call the earlier meeting, at which it is expected that other proposals will be put forward. Legal and other aspects of the position are meanwhile being investigated.
