Company Formed to Foster Their Use. EMPIRE-WISE CAMPAIGN. (Received 12 iloon.) LONDON, September 1. A company called the Empire Textile Institute, Limited, has been formed to foster the use of British textiles and other fabrics throughout the Empire. Lady Austen Chamberlain and other prominent women are members of a council of management.
