WEATHER FORECAST.
FOR CITY AND PROVINCE. The Government Meteorologist issued to the " Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland province to as far south as Hamilton, Tauranga and Kawhla:— Moderate to strong west to southwest winds. Weather changeable and with passing showers. Temperatures cool. Seas rough on the west coast and moderate to rather rough on the east coast. An anti-cyclone still covers eastern Australia and extends over the western and southern Tasman Sea. Pressure has risen in southern New Zealand, out, though now rising, is low in the north. HAURAKI GULF CONDITIONS.
