Leth-bridge has given the whole of her valuable collection of plants, shrubs and trees to the Wanganui City Conncil. and the majority of have been transferred to the Virginia Lake reserve. The collection, which was the work of years by Mrs. Let'h bridge an<l her late husband at their home which was recently destroyed by fire, is worth several hundred pounds, and will greatly enhance the beautifying scheme now being carried on at Virginia Lake.
