FRENCH FLYING BOAT.
ARRIVAL AT NEW YORK. (Received 2 p.m.) NEW YORK. August SI. The French 40-ton flying boat, in charge of Lieut. Paris and Lieut. Devaisseau, which left Bordeaux on August 23 to make a transatlantic flight, has arrived at Xew York from Hie Azores, takinjr 22 smurs 4S minutes to cover a distance of 2397 miles. Tiie flying boat had to struggle turo-.iph storms.
