PROMINENT SPORTSMAN.

Mr. Rex Moore, whose enthusiasm and judgment have been of great service to boxing, swimming and hockey activities in Auckland, leaves on a business trip to America on Monday.

. As an executive member of the Auckland Boxing Association, vice-chairman of Auckland Swimming Centre and junior sole selector for the Auckland Hockey Association, Mr. Moore has had a wide sphere of influence. He will return on November 25 after spending some time in Canada and the United States.
