STABLE AND TRACK NOTES.
LEASED TO TRAINER. The Palmerston North sportswoman Mrs. G. M. Bennett has leased her Siegfried filly Ghat to H. Dulieu, of New Plymouth. Since being purchased last January for 240gs Chat has won over £300 for her lady owner. As Chat has shown some promise as a jumper it is probable that Dulien will give her a trial in that deparment later on. BACK TO BEST FORM. The ex-Xew Zealand horseman K. Voitre has ridden a number of winners recently. At Moonee Valley on Wednesday, June 22, he won on Diablote. The next day he flew to Brisbane to ride Aurie's Star at Doomben on June 25. He was back in Melbourne in time to 'take mounts at Caulfield on Monday, June' 27, winning the Flying Welter on Brown Ben. Continuing the good trot, he won .double at the Melbourne Hunt Club meeting at Moonee .Valley last Wednesday week on Xgapuna and High View. Then at Pakenham the following-day he won races-on Harford, Double Spin, Tamasha . and Scotty best performance in Australia. Since then Voitre has ridden two winners at Flemington.
