SOUTH ISLAND TOUR.
PRIME MINISTER'S VISIT.
(By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.)
WELLINGTON, Monday.
The Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, will visit the South Island at the end of next week. His itinerary has not yet been completed, but his tour will probably be of brief duration.
"I do not want to be bothered with deputations," Mr. Savage said. "I want to see the people and perhaps go to the races."
