NEW ZEALAND AT 119/. MARKET CONTINUES SLOW. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 14. The butter market is slow, choicest salted New Zealand selling' at 119/ per cwt and Australian at 116,'. Unsalted New Zealand is quoted at 123/. The decline in butter over the past few weeks has brought New Zealand to the lowest point since early in April. During May prices lose to a peak of 134/ per cwt, so that the fall has been equal to 1 5/. Dominion butter has not, however, suffered as much as Continental from the market weakness, owing to the firmness of holders. The price is still well above the average for recent years, and exceeds the guaranteed price paid to farmers by 7, per cwt. N. 2. DAIRY BOARD'S REPORT. The New Zealand Dairy Board reports that the London butter market is slow, nnd the retail price for New Zealand has been reduced to 1/3 per lb. Cheese is quiet.
