DOMINION BREWERIES.
DIVIDEND 10 P.C. FOR YEAR. The directors of Dominion Breweries, Limited, have notihed the Stock Exchange that they have recommended shareholders to declare a dividend at the rate of 10 per cent per annum, calculated on the amount paid up on all shares from time to time during the year ended March 31, 1938, less interim dividend paid in December, 1937. The interim dividend was also at 10 per cent per annum, making 10 per cent for the year, against 9 per cent for the previous year. WOOLWORTHS BONUS ISSUE. Olliiial quotation has been granted on the Australian Stock Exchanges to 742.668 ordinary shares of 5/ fully paid, recently issued as bonus shares to shareholders in Woolworths (Sydney). These shares rank equally with the old ordinary shares for dividend.
