ABOUT 100 OFFENDERS. Two magistrate's, Messrs. C. R. Orr Walker and J. G. L. Hewitt this morning dealt with a |'~t of llti persons charged with breaches of one or other o fthe traffic regulations. In some instances the defendant's had not been sr: ved, and in others adjournment were granted, about ICO cases were disposed of, the penalties rauging from the payment of costs to fines up to £3 10/ and coete. One cr two cases were dismissed.
