A DIFFICULT POSITION

SYDNEY, this day. The Sydney "Morning Herald" publishes the decision of the New Zealand Rugby union, that all matchee with the All Blacks on the Australian tour must be played under international rules.
la a footnote giving the decision of the New South Wales Rugby Union (cabled on June 6), the paper says the position may lead to strained relations in connection with the tour.
The cablegram referred to stattd: "The council of tlu New South Wales Rugby Union unanimously endorsed the management committee's action in informing the New Zealand Rugby Football Unicn that it desired the rules at present in operation here to be observed in the All Blacks' matches, commencing on Jul.' 16."
