JOCKEY'S APPEAL
DATE OF HEADING FIXED. The appeal of the jockey, R. R. Savage, to the >,ew Zealand Racing Conference against the decision of the Auckland District Committee in dismissing .his appeal against the decision of the judicial eommittee of the Avondale Jockey Club 111 disqualifying him for a period of six months will he held at the office of the Auckland Racing Club at 8 p.m. on Monday, June 6.

Acceptances for the first day of the Auckland Racing Club s winter meeting and also the Great Northern Steeplechase' to be run on the second day, close with the secretary, Mr. W. S. Spence, at 5 p m next Friday. ' '
MAY RACE ON MONDAY
Although Mundane lias not been required to do anything outstanding in the way of fast work, die is- hitting out with plenty o*' freedom and is in good order. This filly is entered, for a six-furlong hack event on the second clay of the W.aikato meeting, and it is quite probable that she will make the trip to Te Rapa oui jonday.
