VAGRANCY CHARGE.

THREE WOMEN ARRESTED.

REMANDED FOR ONE WEEK.

Arrested during the week-end by Sergeant Scarry, three young women appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt. S.M., in the Police Court to-day, charged with being idle and disorderly persons with insufficient means of support. They were: Elizabeth Hartley (21), Mary Benson Cannon (2.">) and Iris Alma Long (24). Mr. K. C. .\ekins represented Cannon and Long. On the application of Sub-Inspector Fox the three accused were remanded for one week. Bail was fixed at £100 in each case.
