WORK AT ELLERSLIE.

SIR ABB AND WHITE FOAM

No. 3 graee track wae available for faet work at Ellerelie this morning, but there was not a great deal of galloping. The weather was fine and the going in excellent order. Kelly (Gilchrist), after running hie first furlong in 14s, completed four in 51 4-ss. Bonnybelle (Treniain) and Knight of Australia (Clarke), after traversing their first two furlongs in 25 2-ss, completed eix in 1.18. Love Parade (Markwiek). Master Appellant (Buchanap) and Avail (Kerr) were in that order at the end of four furlongs in 53 4-"xs. Pasture (Cameron) pleased while running a similar distance in s()s, the first furlong taking 12 4-ss. Fleetwind (Gilchriest) showed to more advantage than Roeant (VV. H. Jones), at the end of four furlongs in 50 2-ss. Summary (Turvey) and the Bronze Eagle filly (D. Green) traversed three furlongs in 39 2-as, Oriental Bay taking 37 3-ss. Sir Abb (P. Fearn) ran four furlongs in 40s, White Foam (Gilchriet) taking similar time, while Bronze Emerald (Treniain) registered 55 2-5s without being unduly bustled. On the Tan. Rereatu (Gilchrist) covered four furlongs in 50 4-ss, after reeling off the firet furlong in 12s. lllumani completed the last eix furlongs of a round in 1.23, while Tybalt (Gilchrist) ran the last three furlongs of his work in 40s. Valmint (Tremain) ran six furlongs in 1.19. Royal Appellant and Aero King also worked on this track. The Jumpers. Tane Mahutu (Turvey) jumped four I hurdles well, but United (Clarke) gave a mixed display over the same ol)etacles. j Tiverton (Olive) and Yv'hirlingarch (Turvey) were sent over the same fences. I Whirlingarch falling at the last. Tiverton gave a good display, but Whirlingarch was afterwards lame.
