MURDER CHARGE.

THE SWANSON CASE. ACCUSED AGAIX REMANDED. Held in custody since his arrest on Sunday. March 18, as a suspect on a charge of murdering his father, Robert Fitzroy Spensley. at Swanson. on February 6. Francis Robert Spensley. aged 19, farm hand, again appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court this morning. On the application of Detective Sergeant Xalder, accused was remanded to appear on March 28.
