NEW ANTI-TANK RIFLE.
BRITISH INFANTRY WEAPON
(Received 0.30 a.m.) LOXDOX. December 28. Anti-tank rifles weighing 301b and capable of firing nine rounds a minute will shortly be issued to all infantry battalions of the British Army. It is essentially a weapon of surprise, ,avs the "Daily Telegraph," affording protection against light armoured fighting tanks. its total length is 64 inches.
