COURT FIXTURES.
(By Telejrraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Following the recess of the Supreme Court over the Christinas and New Year holidays, the next sittings of the Court of Appeal will begin at Wellington on March 14. The Supreme Court circuit for February and March is as follows:—Hamilton: February 1, Mr.' Justice Reed. Wanganui: February 14, Mr. Justice Reed. Napier: February 14, Mr. Justice Blair. nieborne: 22, Mr. Justice Blair. New Plymouth: February 21, the Chief Justice. Sir Michael Myers. Mr. Justice Ostler will be engaged from March '5 to March 23 on the Prisons Board.
