GALA PICTURE NIGHT.
AIDING PLUNKET FUNDS. The Plunket funds should benefit considerably from the charity night which is to be held on December 22 in the new picture theatre at Mission Bay, "The City Theatre by the Sea." A strong committee is working hard to ensure successful takings for a cause that deserves much support. A bevy of Auckland's younger set will be to the fore as programme and chocolate sellers, and parties are already being arranged for this social gala opening.
