FLAX PLANTATION ABLAZE DAMAGE TOTALS HUNDREDS. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.) WELLINGTON", this day. More than .iOft acres of the 640-acr plantation of flax in Mungaroa Vallev Hntt County, valued at hundreds o pounds, were destroyed in a <%pectacula lire which lit up the entire valley. A times the plantation was a vast area o ! flame 20ft high. ! The flax was the property of the Wei , lington Flaxgrowers' Corporation, Ltd.
