MONTEREY ARRIVES.

MYRTLEBANK FROM OCEAN IS. TANKER NEW ZEALAND. CITY OF GLASGOW EX MONTREAL. The Matson liner Monterey arrived shortly after 7 o'clock this morning from San Francisco, via Los Angeles Harbour, Honolulu, Pago Pago and Suva. Passenger* numbering 103 landed when she berthed at Prince's wharf and 418 are booked through for Sydney and Melbourne. About 130 join the ship when sho tails at 10 p.m. to-day in continuation of her southbound voyage. The Bank Line motor ship Myrtlebank arrived at 7 o'clock this morning from Ocean Island with a cargo of phosphate, she will discharge at Queen's wharf after filling her oil bunkers at the Western wharf. The Norwegian motor ship New Zealand arrived at 3.30 p.m. yesterday from Richmond, San Pedro, W'ith petrol for the Texas Oil Co. She berthed at the Western wharf and is expected to leave at 3 p.m. to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunediiu The M.A.X.Z. Line steamer City of Glasgow wHI arrive at 10 a.m. to-morrow from Montreal and will berth at Central wharf. She also discharges at Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff and is due back here in the course of loading on December 13. ~
