ST. JOHN AMBULANCE.
A WISHING WELL. The St. John Ambulance Transport Social Club's final dance of the season, 'The Wishing Well," was held in the Ambulance Station on Saturday night, and was attended by a large number of members and friends.
The hall was tastefully decorated! with streamers and novelties. A fea-1 ture of the evening was a novelty spot dance, the lucky numbers being drawn out of the "wishing well," which was placed in a commanding place on the dance floor. Excellent music was supplied by Eric Heape and hks Transport dance orchestra, while Mr. S. Aspinwall played the extra, numbers. Mr. P. Hatton, accompanied by Messrs. E. HeajKi and E. Aspinwall, was encored for his mouth-organ solo. "Auld Lang , Syne" brought the season's enjoyable dancer to a close.
