CAR SMASH AT WESTERN SPRINGS.—Three persons were injured when the vehicles pictured above came into violent collision at the intersection °f Great North Road and Western Springs Road shortly after noon to-day. A small boy in the lorry was injured and the driver of the car (right) was removed to hospital in a serious condition.
