MOTHERS UNION.

Manurewa. —The last meeting of the year of the Manurewa Mothers' Union took place this week. The Kev. Dobsoii conducted the devotional service in St. Luke's Church, representatives being present from the Otahuhu, Papatoetoe, Alfriston, Papakura, Ardmore and Clevedon branches. A social afternoon followed. Mrs. Whitton, secretary, assisted Mrs. Dobson with the arrangements, musical items and various competitions being enjoyed. The president, Mrs. Dobson. who received a bouquet, and Mrs. Whitton, secretary, were given a hearty vote of thanks for their work in the branch during the past year.
