For six weeks his total income exceeded £K. for eight weeks £7, for 10 weeks £« and for 13 weeks £o. On the first charge accused was fined £5, payment to be suspended under a further order of the Court. On the remaining charges he was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence within two vears.
