Foot-and-Mouth Contagion Brought by Birds? BRITISH INVESTIGATIONS. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 11. "Evidence indicates that foot-and-inouth disease now raging in lo counties has been imported to Britain by migrant birds," said Mr. W. S. Morrison, Minister of Agriculture, in the House of Commons.
