OTAGO HIGH SCHOOL.

OLD GIRLS' REUNION. A reunion of ex-pupils of the Otago Girls High School now resident in Auckland was held in the Overseas Club rooms on Saturday evening. Miss H. Alexander, a former vice-principal of the school, presided and gave an interesting account of former pupils of the school holding distinguished positions in New Zealand and abroad. An enjoyable musical programme was provided by Mrs. R. N. W. Reed and Mrs. B. Beamish. Miss A. Lowden recounted incidents in connection with visits to schools during her recent trip abroad, and Dr. Gladys Rowley gave a report on a recent meeting of the Otago Ex-Girls' High School Club, Dunedin. Also present were: Mesdames MacNeil, A. J. Campbell, A. G. Whitley, Ramsay Howie, A. Murray, E. D. Patterson, S. T. Carter, H. D. Guthrie, F. H. Broadbent, Sherwood, A R. Elder, H. B. Walton, J. Thompson, Davies, J. A. Redwood, T. Bailey, W. A. Moor; Misses Mona Macdougall, M. Cowan, M. Williams, Reed, Lena Hendra and E. Roach. Miss Alexander was the recipient of a beautiful bouquet from ex-pupils of the school.
