STALE BREAD ON TUESDAY
The bread will be stale for lunches on Tuesday next after the labour weekend. No bread will be baked on Mondny and the city'e supplies will all have to be baked on Friday. Housewives ■will have to lay in large stocks for the weekend, especially if families intend to go for a picnic on Labour Day, as the bread they buy on Saturday will lave to last for three days.
