TOUTH GIVEN A CHANCE. (By Telegraph.—Frees Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, thie day. Employed in a bank in the city, where Jie sorted mail, a youth aged 17 year* nine months,' stole £7 in money and a cheque for £8 10/. Aβ a result he appeared in the Magistrate's Court to-day charged with the thefts. He was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called on within twelve ihonths. His name was suppressed.
