VERDICT FOR DEFENDANT.
CLAIM AGAINST SOUCITOR. (Prom Our Own Correspondent.) SUVA, October ."5. After a hearing which lasted ten days the jury who heard the claim of Mesdames Leans and Thomas (daughters and trustees of the late W. H. Terry) for damages against Sir Henry Scott". K.C., for alleged neglect in discharging his duties as solicitor for the estate, found for the defendant, with costs against the plaintiffs. It is stated that the costs will exceed £1000.
