I An amazing recovery from an accident to a man who will Iμ? a centenarian in four years' time was celebrated this week in Yorkshire. Canon William R. Sharroek. the %-year-old vicar of Drifjfield, who fell and broke his hip while garden in •; last March, has resumed his normal duties in the parish. He preached for :iO minutes without notes. His words were easily audible in every corner of the well-filled church. jCanon Sharroek, who has preached on Imore than 10.000 occasions, durinjr his ministry of 70 years, remained standing while he delivered his sermon.
