MARINERS WARNED.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) SUVA, October 4. A recent notice to mariners states that the island of Arorae, or Himl Island, in the Gilbert grotfp, lies three miles west of the position given on chart 731. Xikunaii, or Byron Island, lies about two miles to the eastward of the charted position. The south-past point of Almiaiij/ is apparently three miles further to the east than the position given on the chart.
