DANCE BY JUNIOR BRANCH
The Mount Eden was gaily decorated on Saturday evening, when thi» junior branch of the Overseas Leogue held it* fir*t annual dance. There wan a large attendance of members, and the function was a pronounced eueeess. Among those present wore: Mrs. C. M. Rattray, who wore a gown of black face; Miss Barbara Di>id°;e, in Wallis blue place silk; Mies Katie Melville, midnight blue taffeta; Mise Joan Kemp, opal blue chiffon; Miss Joan Hill, nut brown ejtotted ortramlie; Miss Rona 8011, black ninon; Mi*e Xoeline Abbott, sage preen velvet; Miss Patricia McXab, black ireorjret to: Miss C. Blaokwell, cainellin pink sntin: Miss Betty Sloman, geranium red taffeta: Miss Marie Hiulncr, navy blue taffeta; Miss Margery Black, flowered chiffon; Miss Margaret Graham, pastel pink ninon: Miss Joy Francifi. blue net; Miss Joan Parke. blue and silver chiffon: Miss Petals. Weir. orang« tulle: Miss Vere Starpoole. daffodil taffeta: Mtas Madie Birch, white and nawy crepe: Mi?* s Mary Early, ciel blue georgette: Mi?« Helen hyacinth blue cloqne; Mtee Danbne Swan, rose pink dotted tulle: Miss Bottv Johnson, bliic georgette: Mi<=s P.
