FRENCH WARSHIP AT SUVA.
(From.Our Own Correspondent.) SUVA, October 5. The French, escort vessel Rigault de Genouilly arrived in Suva on Thursday from Papeete. She tailed on Saturday for Noumea, New Caledo'nia. The veesel wae built about four years ago and is of 19«9 tons displacement. She has a speed of 15-5 knots and carries three 3.5 inch gtine and one anti-aircraft gun.
