REFEREES' AFFAIRS.
Mr. A. Chapman, who has been lionorary treasurer for thrte years, was appointed Dy ballot as honorary secretary in succession to Mr. W. E. Simpson, who had resigned, at the final meeting of the year of the Auckland Rugby League Referees' Association last evtnlng. The chairman air. U bj. Bull, gave notice of motion that Mr. Simpson be made a life member of the association.
