KEEL YACHT SOLD.

The gaff-rigged keeler Marangi, which has figured prominently in yacht racing in New Zealand, has been purchased by 1 Mr. P. R. Thode, of Auckland, from Mr. [P. Scott Ramsay, of Wellington. The Marangi is 39ft 3in overall, 31ft at the weterline, hae a beam of 9ft 6in and a draught of sft 9in. She wae built at Devonport in 1910 by the late Mr. T. E. le Huquet, and in 1917 she was bought by Mr. Berkeley Clarke, Wellington, later to be transferred to Mr. Ramsay. In 1931 Mr. T. T. Cxough, Ohristchurch, bought the Marangi and metalled an auxiliary engine. Lest season Mr. Rameav repurchased her. About the end" of the month the Marangi will be sailed up to Auckland and will thie season compete in the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron events.
