Giving evidence before Mr. Justice Callan in the Supreme Court to-day in support of her petition for divorce from Francis William Buchanan, on the grounds of separation for three years, Helen Jane Buchanan :Mr. W. Schramm), stated that they were married in June, 1927. and that there were three children of tlie union. About the middle of 1933 respondent left petitioner and went away with another woman. Petitioner said sh<3 took proceedings and obtained sepauuion and maintenance orders. Respondent was now on sustenance. A degree nisi was granted.
