A CORRECTION.

SUSTENANCE MAN'S CASE. In the report of the Magistrate's Court proceedings heard yesterday against a number of men charged with making false statements to obtain benefit under tlie Employment Promotion Act, it was stated, by an error which is regretted, that one, Henry Herbert Roderique, had been convicted and fined £8. He was not convicted. He pleaded not guilty, and after his counsel, Mr. C. J. Lovegrove, had submitted that his client had received no remuneration and that he was entitled to work for nothing, the magistrate reserved his decision.
