RURAL CREDITS.
HAMILTON BODY'S YEA*. (From Our Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Friday. Advances totalling £12,511 were made to farmers by tlie Hamilton Co-operative Intermediate Rural Credit Association Limited, for the year ended May 31. This fact was mentioned in the report submitted to the annual meeting of the association to-day. Thirty-seven applications for loans were considered, and 33 were granted the amount advanced being £7710 more than last year. The amount outstanding at the end of May was £17,250, an increase of £1016. The net profit for the year was £6 8/2. Mr. H. J. Coxliead was re-elected to the board of directors, the remaining directors being Messrs. W. Cooper Smith C. Edwards and A. Wallace. Mr. d! Grant is supervisor and valuer for the association, and Mr. T. G. Reynolds is secretary.
