NAZI PARTY CONGRESS.
AMBASSADORS MAT ATTEND. (Received 9.30 a.m.) BERLIN, August 9. The British, French and American Ambassadors hitherto have not attended the annual congress of the Nazi party owing to the embarrassment likely to be caused by speeches, but the British, and possibly the French Ambassadors, will be present at the congress on September 6.
